The measurements are 7 inches in Width, and 23 1/2 inches in Height. The condition is Good, usual wear and tarnish from age. Does NOT include Soda-Acid Fire Extinguisher Liquid. It is EMPTY. Has top unscrew wheel handle and hose on the side.
